DOULA ACCOMPANIMENT

I accompany moments around birth and death as thresholds of life, such as loss, relationship transitions, reorientation, or changes in work. I offer steady presence, loving care, and rooted support. Walking alongside you, I listen to you and your body, so you can meet these passages feeling held and cared for as you are meeting yourself and relate with Life.

PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM MASSAGE

I offer massage as gentle support during pregnancy and postpartum, creating space for rest, care, and connection with your body. Listening to your needs, I accompany you in finding comfort and ease, so you feel resourced and held through these tender transitions.

INTEGRATION WORK & CLOSING RITUALS

I offer integration work and closing rituals as support after significant life experiences, creating space for reflection, grounding, and care. Listening to your needs, I accompany you in weaving meaning, finding peace, and feeling held as you step into a new chapter.

We are not meant to walk this path alone.

In 2023, I had the honor of accompanying my first birth of my friends. At that time, I was living in a community home in Bavaria, where the birth took place in a tiny house in the garden right after the birthday of my former partner. This experience profoundly shaped the way I see birth, the power and magic that lives within a women's body, and the role of community in all of that.

Since then I am learning and accompanying women before, during, and after birth. Alongside this companionship, I offer bodywork, pregnancy massage, and birth closing rituals for integrating the birth experience, practices inspired by the Muisca tradition I had the honor to learn with.

For me offering care in moments of birth, death, or initiation is one of the most real spaces of life. It feels like a simple yet deep form of activism making a body feel held, safe, and cared for on any threshold.

How I work as a Doula?

Every birth journey is unique. I offer flexible packages that grow out of your individual wishes and needs.

We begin with a gentle phone call to connect and explore what matters most to you. From there, we agree on an in-person or online meeting. All details are held with clarity and care in an accompaniment contract.

Pricing depends on the length and scope of the journey as well as your individual needs.

How to book a Massage?

If you would like to book a pregnancy massage, you can do so anytime via my booking form.

You can also gift pregnancy massage or postpartum bodywork to a loved one.Please reach out to me for vouchers and pricing details.

Final pricing depends on the individual agreement. I offer a sliding scale to support people with lower income. All pricing includes tax.

60 min Massage: 85-100€

90 min Massage: 95-120€
